When you contact us, request a trial or subscribe we store the name, e-mail address, optional phone number, the device you use and the messages you send. For active subscriptions we also keep your subscription dates and a payment reference. We never see or store full card numbers — payments are handled entirely by our payment processors.
Your details are used to create and deliver your subscription, to provide technical support, to answer enquiries and to inform you about service changes. With your consent we may send promotional codes; every e-mail includes an unsubscribe link.
We process data to perform the contract you enter with us, and on the basis of legitimate interest for support and fraud prevention. Enquiry data is kept for 24 months; active customer records for the duration of the subscription plus 12 months for accounting purposes.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is shared only with the processors required to run the service — e-mail delivery and payment processing — and only as far as necessary. Data may be disclosed where we are legally obliged to do so.
This website uses only the functional cookies needed to keep your session working, plus anonymous statistics. You can block cookies in your browser at any time; core parts of the site keep working.
You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections or request complete deletion by writing to support@lumoo.tv. Every request is answered within 30 days.
Traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS, internal system access is restricted and servers are continuously monitored. If a breach ever affects your rights we will inform you and the competent authority without undue delay.
